Charles Stam - Serious Injury and Wrongful Death Cases

A trial lawyer with extensive experience representing clients in serious injury and wrongful death cases, Charles Stam has been practicing at Hinojosa Law since 2023, and is dedicated to achieving justice in complex litigation against well-resourced corporate defendants. With experience in commercial litigation and at leading plaintiff firms, Charles M. Stam has represented clients in cases involving catastrophic injuries and has successfully secured recoveries from Fortune 500 companies.

A cum laude graduate of the University of Texas School of Law, Mr. Stam served as an administrative editor for The Review of Litigation and received the highest grade in Federal Criminal Law. He gained early experience through internships and clerkships with federal judges in Texas and Mississippi, developing his skills in legal research, writing, and courtroom advocacy. He is licensed in Texas, Louisiana, and Mississippi and admitted to federal district courts in these states, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.

Charles Maurice Stam completed his undergraduate studies at Columbia University, where he double majored in history and political science with a focus on post-WWII U.S. political history. He also earned the Endowed Presidential Fellowship at the Center for the Study of the American Presidency and Congress, conducting research in presidential politics and American political development.
